The [email protected] Federation digital resources project works with cultural institutions and other public organisations to open collections to schools across Australia and New Zealand. Collaboration model

Our preferred model of collaboration is to negotiate outcomes and share the resultant intellectual property with our partner institution. In that way, both parties have the capacity to leverage the shared expertise and intellectual property.

Pilot project

TLF is planning a pilot project with the Council for Australasian Museum Directors.

We will work collaboratively across a number of museums and investigate effective digitisation and distribution of content from their collections to schools. We also plan to examine common specifications, selection of content for curriculum purposes, management of intellectual property and effective distribution models.
